Awaken your senses with a Wellness Cruise to the island of Ischia
Ischia is notable because it is a volcanic island off the coast of Naples and home to thermal hot springs. Embark from any town along the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Sorrento or Naples and head across the Bay and over to the island of Ischia, where you will have the opportunity to explore the island from the sea, stop to swim in its bays, most notably a bay where the healing springs and mineral rich volcanic muds flow directly into the Mediterranean. The Italian Ministry of Health publishes a document informing of the specific volcanic muds that are suitable to treat different ailments. You will have time to explore one of Ischia's seaside villages on foot, or even rent a scooter and explore a bit on land. If preferred, reservations can also be made at a spa on the island for a more luxurious spa experience.
